Eiffel Towers Den Bosch : ウィキペディア英語版
EBBC (Den Bosch)

, for sponsorships named SPM Shoeters Den Bosch, is a Dutch basketball team based in 's-Hertogenbosch.〔(Team profile – Eurobasket.com )〕 The team plays in the Dutch Basketball League (DBL). The team has won a record 16 Dutch championships. The team has also been a regular at international competitions. Den Bosch plays their home games at the Maaspoort Sports & Events.
==History==
On 18 October 1952, EBBC was founded by Cees Vossen, Tom van der Leur, Hans van Oorschot and Frans van de Wiel. In 1962 it played in the Eredivisie for the first time, but not very successful. Subsequently the team degraded again.
Decades later, in June 2005, Den Bosch merged EiffelTowers Nijmegen. The club has one of the largest budgets in the Netherlands, and with that they were able to attract good players like Leon Rodgers. In their first season they had immediate success by winning the Dutch Championship title. The year after that (2006–2007) EiffelTowers The Bosch would win the title again after a clean sweep against the Matrixx Magixx from Nijmegen, after just losing four games in the regular season. The two following years, Den Bosch reaches the finals, but loses twice to ABC Amsterdam. In 2012 the club won their 15th Dutch championship, after beating ZZ Leiden in a best-of-seven-series.
After 13 years playing as the EiffelTowers, the club changed its name to ''SPM Shoeters'' in 2013. Along with the name change the club changed the team colors to black, after playing in red since 2000. In the 2014–15 season, Shoeters won its first DBL championship: Donar was beaten 4–1 in the Finals. The team also performed excellent in the EuroChallenge that season, reaching the Top 16 over the likes of German team ratiopharm ulm. Brandyn Curry had an superb season for Shoeters, and was named the DBL Playoffs MVP.
